  Repairman arrived in a timely manner, calling to confirm prior to arriving. He quickly analyzed and diagnosed the problem and made some recommendations. Part was needed and he ordered it delivered to our door. He demonstrated "emergency" use of dryer, which we did utilize, however, we are waiting on the part. I requested a service plan for the dryer because it just went out of warranty and it was not as expensive as repeated repairs might become. (My last dryer lasted nearly 15 years with just one belt replacement.) The shop where I purchased the one year old Hotpoint dryer has changed hands. I have used Sears before and recommend them. This repairman was well trained, neat and clean, personable and helpful. He was able to communicate by cell and laptop and accepted credit card payment for the service and service plan.Yes, I would call them again if needed.
