  You will have to contact them a number of times before they give you a quote. They told me my steel was done and when I picked it up half of it was unable to locate. Had to wait a 3 more days after for the rest. Its a headache if you are trying to stick with a schedule. Very poor organization. Go to someone else if you don't want to look like an idiot to your customer, or take the lead time that they give you and double it. It has never gone close to smooth working with these guys.
